Whereas, the Central North American Trade Corridor Association has been created as a catalyst in the promotion, development, and establishment of a north/south trade corridor along U.S. 83 and its connecting arteries from Canada to Mexico, and

    Whereas, the Central North American Trade Corridor Association will strive to facilitate trade via the following: traditional methods, the use of modern technology, and the expanded use of all forms of transportation and

   Whereas, the Central North American Trade Corridor has the potential to aid in the development of the world's largest trading block, and

   Now, therefore, be it resolved by the _______________________________________ that it hereby does endorse the Central North American Trade Corridor Association, and further that it encourages the development of the Central North American Trade Corridor with its potential for stimulating the economy.
